Blain's Farm & Fleet in Janesville, WI is hiring a Customer Service specialist to support the website and retail store customers. You will handle inquiries, web order support and order placement, tracking, and returns, delivering outstanding service by phone, email, and chat.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Use of critical thinking to solve customer issues.

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $15.00/hr
• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr

Job Duties

Assist customer service department with all customer service needs including; customer inquiries, web order support and order placement, order tracking, website updates.

• Provide outstanding customer service over the telephone, email, and chat.
• Assist retail store customers with questions regarding the website and product line.
• Place website orders for customers as needed.
• Trace and track packages for lost/damaged orders
• Assist customer with returns
• Process corrections for the website
• Product support for the full website product line.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2yrs of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong written & Verbal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook & Excel
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Use of critical thinking to solve customer issues
