Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a memorable guest experience and uphold the warm, festive Brazilian dining culture. You will facilitate service activities, show appreciation to guests, and embody our hospitality traditions on a fast-paced shift.

Position offers a fixed hourly rate with tips, comprehensive benefits for full-time team members, and opportunities for professional growth within a welcoming team. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high level of endurance and mental acuity to manage conflict and high-stress situations.
• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Customer Service Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a high level of endurance and mental acuity and toughness to manage conflict and deal successfully with high stress situations.
• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed.
