Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH seeks a Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) to handle rental sales and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and a great customer experience.

You will work in a hybrid schedule, with in-office days Tue-Wed and otherwise remote, supporting the Supply Chain Solutions division. Requires HS diploma and 1+ year in sales or customer service; benefits include health, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• One year or more in sales and/or customer service required.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a great customer experience and ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers’ expectations.
• Handle all Rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers.
• Accountable for rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Workflow management: enhance productivity through scheduling and planning.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintenance of files.
• Parts management: contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and performs other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

We are immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) in New Albany, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Pay and Hours

• Pay Type: Hourly
• Hourly Pay: $18.00 per year based on experience
• Schedule: (Hybrid) Monday-Friday 11:30am - 7:30pm . In office Tuesday and Wednesday.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for a great customer experience and ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers’ expectations. Execute customer communication protocol
• Handle all Rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers.

Compensation Information
