Job summary

Tower Loan CSR role in Tallahassee, FL is an on-site, full-time position aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. You will process payments, promote loan solutions, and support daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a schedule of Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays. Benefits include health, 401(k) match, PTO, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and deposits, including balancing and preparing deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities (mail, supplies, etc.).
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
