Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key contact for customers, handling orders, requests, and support in a timely, professional manner. You will promote Graybar goods and assist with product selection and application, coordinating orders, pricing, expediting and billing as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a genuine customer-service passion, and the ability to manage diverse customer situations with tact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience preferred.
• High School education is required.

Work Shift and Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation Details

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $22.16 per hour, depending on experience.
