Job summary

National TV Sales and Rental in Sikeston, MO is hiring for a sales/ delivery role within our rent-to-own program. The position involves selling, servicing, delivering, and/or picking up rented items, with a strong emphasis on customer retention and account management.

Candidates must be at least 21, have a clean background and driving record, and be able to lift 75 lbs unassisted. Professional appearance and reliability are required, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Sell, service, deliver and/or pickup rented home furnishings, appliances and electronics.
• Perform basic in-store repair or refurbishment of returned merchandise.
• Retain customer accounts and manage expirations to keep customers on rent.
• Contact customers with expired agreements and encourage continued rentals.
• This is a physically demanding role requiring lifting and moving furniture.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Sales, Service and Delivery and or Pickup of Home Furnishings, Appliances and Electronics that we rent to our customers.
• Basic in store repair or refurbishment to returned merchandise.
• Retaining customer accounts.
• Calling or visiting customers who's agreements have expired and managing the account to keep the customer on rent.
• This is a physically demanding position that requires carrying furniture as part of the position

Must Haves

• Must be at least 21 Years Old.

• Clean Driving Record and Class E Eligibility.
