Job summary

Crash Champions in Seattle is seeking a capable office assistant to greet customers, answer calls, and handle walk-in inquiries with professionalism. You will help maintain a welcoming front desk and support the service team.

You will provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors, manage receivables and accounting data entry, and assist with month-end statements. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into the accounting system and related spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
