Job summary

South Bend Medical Foundation is seeking a customer-facing pharmacy support professional for a full-time day-shift role. You will assist patients, answer questions, and document interactions while delivering courteous service.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA, supporting daily administrative tasks, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth operation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy, healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred.
• Pharmacy technician experience is a plus.
