Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Riverside service center to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service, monitor workload, and coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers for a one-stop experience.

You will need 1+ year of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple software systems in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $18–$21 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems (e.g., MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Monitor work volume and raise load-level requests when needed.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
