Brenntag North America, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to create a positive customer experience through timely communication and accurate processing of orders across the full order life cycle.
You will confirm orders by phone, email or EDI, verify shipping, billing, pricing, enter special instructions, update files, support sales, and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill orders while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing timely communication based on customer needs. This position is responsible for accurate and prompt processing of customer orders and full order life cycle management: order processing, order management, order changes, cross‑collaboration required for order fulfillment, and leading all order‑related communication to the customer.
