What You’ll Need

• Ability to build positive customer relationships through active listening, empathy, effective de‑escalation, problem‑solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional business interactions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
• Familiarity with social media applications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply product, service, and company knowledge to effectively assist customers and support business objectives.
• Ability to accurately interpret and consistently apply company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Strong typing and data‑entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable performing basic mathematical calculations, including percentages, ratios, and decimals, with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain dependable attendance.

• High school diploma or GED required and/or up to one year of related customer service experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
