Job summary

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative at our North Mankato-MN facility. You will manage all customer communications, answer questions on product options and pricing, process reprints and credits, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate orders and a seamless customer experience.

The shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience are required, along with strong written and verbal

Your Responsibilities:

Your Shift:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and product/service issues effectively

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new systems and product lines

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Familiarity with print terminology and production processes

• Basic understanding of graphic file formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, JPEG) and how they relate to print quality

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
