Job summary

Caliber Collision in New Kensington is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide outstanding service at the front desk. The role involves monitoring daily work volume and coordinating Rental Car/Tow services to ensure a seamless, one-stop experience for customers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service at the center.
• Monitor workload and help manage load levels; recommend adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow partnerships to deliver one-stop service for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and loads.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
