Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an experienced order processing coordinator in Minnesota. You will manage customer material setup, respond to spec changes, and ensure timely entry and progression of orders.

The role requires ERP familiarity and strong Excel/SharePoint skills to support pricing, reporting, and continuous improvement. The position may be based at a Menasha Packaging site or at a customer location, with a salary range of $45,000–$55,000 plus benefits and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms and proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely customer material setup and proactively manages proofing and material validation timelines.
• Receives and responds to requested material specification changes and processes appropriate actions.
• Submits project changes through internal operating systems as needed.
• Ensures timely order entry and proactively manages order timelines for assigned account(s).
• Monitors open projects and orders to advise stakeholders of potential lead time challenges.
• Receives and responds to customer complaints and processes corrective actions.
• Supports pricing requests.
• Monitors inventory to assure availability for production and distribution.
• Prepares purchase orders for outside materials.
• Prepares and reviews required business reports.
• Helps balance team workload and identify best practices.

About The Opportunity

Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensures timely customer specific material setup and proactively manages proofing and material validation timelines for assigned account(s)
• Receives and responds to requested material specification changes and processes appropriate actions
• Submits project changes through internal operating systems as needed
• Ensures timely order entry and proactively manages order timelines for assigned account(s)
• Proactively monitors open projects & orders to advise key stakeholders of possible lead time challenges
• Receives and responds to customer complaints and processes appropriate corrective action
• Supports pricing requests
• Monitors product inventory to assure availability for production and/or distribution to customer; works with management on disposition of aging inventory
• Prepares purchase orders for outside materials
• Prepares and reviews required business reports
• Helps to monitor the team's overall workload to level load as needed
• Helps to identify and share best practices
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrates knowledge of Menasha's products and capabilities to align with customer's products and objectives

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• Prior display, graphic, and/or contract packaging industry experience preferred
• Experience in ERP platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting. Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location.

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short-term and Long-term Disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
