As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our veterinary practice. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.Hours: 15-20 hours per week, including Saturdays ### Requirements1. Greeting Clients and Visitors:* Warmly welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.* Direct clients to the appropriate areas within the hospital.* Answer general inquiries, provide information about hospital services, and schedule appointments.2. Appointment Scheduling and Management:* Efficiently schedule and manage appointments using the hospital's computerized system.* Coordinate veterinary appointments with multiple veterinarians and technicians.* Arrange emergency appointments promptly and prioritize them accordingly.3.
