Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will deliver superior member experiences, handle inquiries, sign up new members, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

You will respond to questions professionally and help ensure smooth operations, including tours and billing communications, while contributing to a positive, energetic gym culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to greet members and respond to questions professionally.
• Flexible to work evenings/weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with various questions.
• Check in members, provide tours, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!

• The customer service representative will check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
