Job summary

NT Window Inc. is seeking a customer service / inside sales associate to act as the primary internal contact for service and information on products, prices, availability, and usage.

The role includes providing technical support, preparing quotations, processing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and handling product returns. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer support or inside sales in the window & door industry or related field, with emphasis on customer orientation,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer support/service and/or inside sales (window & door industry or related field preferred)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in window & door manufacturing or related field preferred but not necessary.
• The role is the primary internal customer contact point for service and information regarding products, prices, availability, and product uses.
• Provide technical support for customers, including quotations, promoting solutions and services, processing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and processing product returns.
• Ensure that all inquiries are addressed completely and all transactions necessary to support the quote and order fulfillment process meet customer expectations

General Summary:

The customer service / inside sales associate provides a critical role in customer interface, and is part of a team responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions, support, and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long term business relationships. An NT Window customer service / inside sales associate should always act in the best interest of the company and the customer, applying sound ethics and a service-minded orientation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position is the primary internal customer contact point for service and information regarding products, prices, availability, and product uses.
• This position provides technical support for customers, including but not limited to, preparing quotations, promoting solutions and services, processing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and processing product returns.

Requirements

Education and Training Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer support/service and/or inside sales (window & door industry or related field preferred)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in window & door manufacturing or related field preferred but not necessary.
