Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our on-site Alabama location. You will cultivate strong customer relationships, process payments, and promote suitable financial solutions while handling daily cash and records with accuracy.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and general office duties in a fast-paced environment. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits as part of our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.
• On-site location with Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, and purchasing supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.

In the Role

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including but not limited to balancing and preparing deposits accurately.
• Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies, etc.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred Cash Handling, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
