Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
  • Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
  • Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
  • Participate in in-store and community events as needed.
  • Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to security protocols and opening/closing procedures.
  • Uphold compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.

Customer Service Representative

Compensation

Hourly wage: $15.50 per hour. Additional performance‑based incentives may be earned.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity in a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
  • Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
  • Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
  • Perform duties outside the office when required, including onsite vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing; participate in in‑store and community events.
  • Maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards to enhance customer experience.
  • Adhere to office security protocols and conduct mandatory opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and navigate multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain a full‑time work schedule with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends. Full‑time includes a minimum of 40 hours per week. Store hours, schedules, and minimum hours may change at the sole discretion of the company.
Qualifications

  • Background check required, conducted in accordance with applicable law.
  • Ability to meet physical demands: standing up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 lbs, operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
  • Prior cash handling, cash drawer, or vault management experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for certain locations.
