Job summary

Graybar is seeking a customer service professional to ensure high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced environment located in California. The role requires handling calls and written communications, following up on issues, and actively selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

You will provide support on product selection and application, and coordinate service requests including orders, pricing, expediting, billing, maintenance, credits, and claims.

• 2+ years experience preferred.

Compensation Details:

The expected rate of pay for this position is $25.80 per hour

Shift Hours and Schedule:

Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
