Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Cary, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process quotes, purchase orders and work orders accurately while delivering prompt, courteous service to customers. You will also support outside sales, handle inbound calls, and coordinate deliveries across multiple plants.

Strong math, organization and Excel skills are essential. Experience in construction products is a plus; bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to facilitate quality and accurate Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders to ensure customer expectations are exceeded as well as prompt, courteous and professional responses to customer requests. The Customer Service Representative tasked with maintaining and growing the level of sales from current active and past non-active customers, and is able and willing to prospect new business

• 2+ years of construction products sales experience plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish)is a plus but not required
• Previous roofing experience is a plus

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $21.00-$26.00 per hour+ medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
