Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a customer-focused team member in Louisiana to greet customers, assist with financial needs, and work both over the phone and in person. You’ll receive paid training to learn our processes and loan products while growing your career in a supportive office environment.

Your role includes delivering excellent service, seeking new business opportunities, and assisting with loan preparation and tax returns as needed. No prior finance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred, no prior finance experience required.
• Strong communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
