Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This full-time, onsite role supports customer inquiries, coordinates pickups, and ensures accurate routing of calls to the appropriate department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least two years in customer success or retention, and demonstrated mastery of written and spoken communication using email, phone, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound customer service requests via phone
• Assisting customers with pickups, general inquiries
• Escalating calls needing more attention
• Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY. The hours for this position are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
