Overview

We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. Domino's Pizza is growing and offers opportunities for advancement within stores, including roles from customer service representative to management or franchise ownership. Whether part-time or full-time, this role supports a fast-paced pizza operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders.
• Maintain inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Assist with training and orientation on the job.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Qualifications

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions; ability to provide correct monetary change.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to handle monetary transactions.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees; potential for temperature fluctuations.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees.
• Cramped spaces (including walk-in cooler) and moving parts; use of sharp tools and high-heat equipment.
• Required senses: talking, hearing; near/mid-range vision; depth perception; temperature differentiation.
• Stand for most tasks; frequent lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, crouching, and occasional climbing.
• Weight and size of typical deliveries and ingredients vary; pushing/pulling trays, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stacking.
