Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representatives to join their team. Positions include full-time and part-time roles in a fast-paced store environment in Florida.

Responsibilities include taking orders by phone or in person, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, inventory, and daily cleaning. Prior fast-food experience is helpful but not required; strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Experience in fast food or restaurants is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Preparing products
• Receiving and processing telephone orders
• Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
• Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily
