Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring Store Customer Service Representatives to greet customers, take and process orders, handle payments, and assist in daily store operations. This role supports a fast-paced pizza environment with responsibilities spanning order entry, phone orders, and in-store customer service.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and able to multi-task. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for growth within the franchise system.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written instructions
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone or in person
• Accurate cash handling and making change
• Ability to take and process orders using computer/terminal or touch screen

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, or walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
