Job Description

We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills.

Job Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Have an outgoing personality.
• Can comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Can communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Can add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Able to make correct monetary change.
• Has motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Can enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Has navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

General Job Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare all products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
