Job summary

Lead Dog Pizza INC, in partnership with Domino's Pizza, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet customers, take orders, answer phones, and uphold outstanding service. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, helping ensure orders are accurate and delivered with a smile.

The role is entry-level with paid training, flexible schedules, and employee discounts. Candidates must be at least 16, pass a background check, and be able to work until 10–11pm.

Qualifications

• A fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers.
• Team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a Criminal Background check.
• Available to work until 10 or 11pm.

Responsibilities

As a CSR at Domino's, we take pride in our work. It takes some love to make a beautiful pizza! CSRs / Pizza Makers will work inside the kitchen taking phone orders, counter orders, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The best part is making pizza! It's not like another food job, pizza is an art, and we will teach you the techniques to make every pizza a fabulous piece of art while working as a team to achieve great customer service as well as have fun doing it! Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with hustle, personality, and people skills. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and providing outstanding customer service.

Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to)

• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making consistent products within Domino's Pizza guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer's viewpoint.
• Always Maintain a professional appearance in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
