• Be the first point of contact with customers, whether on the phone or walking into the store.
• Answer questions about menu, deals, and favorite items, and communicate options clearly to customers.
• Contribute to store operations including food preparation, oven tending, and quality control as needed.
• Support management and franchising paths as you grow within the company.
