Customer Service Representative – Domino's Pizza

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers. We value their commitment to exceptional customer service, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist customers through the ordering process.

Get paid to talk! In addition to providing exceptional customer service through order taking, CSRs gain valuable experience assisting with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. As a CSR you will earn an hourly base pay of $16.00.

Great hours! Our CSRs work mostly on weekends and evenings. This is a great after‑school, second‑job, summer‑job or part‑time opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Opportunities! This position offers a stepping stone to advancement into our Management Development Program. Many General Managers started as drivers or CSRs.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, have excellent communication skills, some computer experience helpful, and be able to work in a fast‑paced team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Standing – Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum.
• Walking – Short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between store and vehicle.
• Sitting – Completing paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting – Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, using hand truck.
• Carrying – Carrying cans, sauce, dough trays up to 12 pounds.
• Pushing – Pushing trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds).
• Climbing – Occasionally navigating stairs or ladder for maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at assembly station up to 45 seconds.
• Crouching/Squatting – Occasional stocking and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching – Continuous reaching up, down, forward; up to 72” for oven controls.
