Job summary

Domino's Pizza in St. Charles, IL is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Rep to handle orders, answer inquiries, and provide friendly service at 1450 West Main Street.

You will memorize our menu, process orders on the touchscreen, and keep the front of the store clean. Training is provided on the job. Starting pay rate is $15/hr. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person on the touchscreen system.
• Must have a clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal and written communication skills to take and process orders.

Essential Functions/Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
