Customer Service Representative – a role at Domino’s Pizza that involves customer interaction, order handling, and store operations support. The position is available part‑time or full‑time during both day and night shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product for orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Communication Skills

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers via phone and in person using our contact‑screen computer system. A clear and upbeat speaking voice is required.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Perform basic arithmetic (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Exhibit verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Display motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to complete precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
