Job summary

Service Partners in Tampa, FL is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to act as the primary customer contact for the branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a customer service or inside sales role, strong math ability, and excellent communication skills. Travel is local (<10%), and the role supports a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or insides sales role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key customer contact for branch to provide order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers through world-class service.
• Perform standard data entry and review of dealer orders and acknowledgements.
