Fiesta Auto Insurance in California is hiring a Customer Service Rep who will learn to become an Insurance Agent. You will deliver exceptional service, assist with payments, and handle a high-volume call flow while educating clients on products.

This full-time role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and authorization to work in the US; bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged.

Qualificações

• High school diploma; AA is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Availability: Mon-Fri 9 AM–7 PM, Sat 10 AM–5 PM, Sun 10 AM–4 PM.
