Job summary

• Life and Health license required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
