Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Rep to assist customers in-store and over the phone, taking orders and ensuring accuracy. The role emphasizes friendly service, timely communication, and teamwork. You must be at least 16 years old and able to operate the POS system, enter orders, and perform basic math for payments.

This is a full-time, on-site position with on-the-job training. Employees may be asked to help with inventory and daily cleaning, and to adapt to varying customer flow

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
