You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating products, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves routine computer use, stand-to-work tasks, and collaboration across departments with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store goals.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
