Domino's Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Rep for our Springdale store at 2181 W Sunset. This full-time role involves taking and processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, and maintaining clean equipment and facilities.

You will work with customers by phone and in person and support a fast-paced team. Ideal candidates are 18+, have strong communication skills, and can handle cash, operate a computer or touch screen, and learn quickly in a busy pizza shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• General duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders and serve customers in-person.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations.
• Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
• Receive and process telephone orders and in-person orders.
• Prepare products and label boxes for packing or shipment.
• Keep equipment and facilities clean on a daily basis.
• Assist with general store duties as needed.
