Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our store location to ensure positive experiences for customers by handling calls, online orders, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

You will assist with orders, customize pizzas, answer menu questions, and upsell items while processing payments and maintaining store cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers both over the phone and in-person.
