Job summary

Domino’s is hiring entry-level Team Members to help create great food and customer experiences in our in-store locations. No experience required and on-the-job training provided.

Starting pay is $12.25 per hour, with opportunities to develop skills in food preparation, customer service, and store operations. As a Team Member you will greet customers, take orders, prepare pizzas, handle the pickup window, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Answer phones and provide helpful customer service.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards.
• Stretch dough, add toppings, cut and box finished products.
• Verify orders for accuracy before giving them to customers or delivery drivers.
• Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Wash dishes and clean equipment.
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and complete general cleaning tasks.
• Restock ingredients, boxes, beverages, and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency during busy periods.
• Support teammates wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.
