Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a crew member to operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products. You will also take telephone orders, manage inventory, and perform related paperwork with attention to accuracy and speed.

Strong verbal and written communication is needed to take and process orders from customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person. Daily cleaning and cash-handling duties may apply as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products according to standard procedures.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities daily.
• Accurately perform basic arithmetic for transactions.
• Make correct monetary change and handle cash duties.
• Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers by phone and in person.
• Enter orders accurately using a computer or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product.

• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
