SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks a full-time Customer Service Rep at 310 W New Haven Ave to greet customers, take phone and carryout orders, and ensure smooth service. You will stock and prepare products, maintain a clean work area, and handle basic cash transactions while standing for long shifts.

Strong communication with customers and team members is essential, along with basic math for making change and entry of orders via keyboard or touch screen.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and handling orders.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Basic math skills to give change.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product
• Clean equipment and facility as requested.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change)
• Have an outgoing personality with our customers, you will be our first contact with our phone in and carryout customers and will need to communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
• Most tasks are performed from a standing position, there are no chairs for our employees, so you must be able to stand for long periods of time
