  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Service Coordinators and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Improve efficiency of preventative maintenance schedules by analyzing geography, trips, priorities, skills, parts and resources.
  • Open, issue, track, and close service work orders.
  • Coordinate warranty actions with the Warranty Administrator.
  • Interact with customers to schedule service calls and prepare quotes.
  • Schedule, dispatch, and track status of Technicians.
  • Review technician documentation including field service reports and quotes.
  • Support Technicians by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
