Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager in Largo, FL to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor team members, and ensure top quality service. You will drive a safe, clean, and efficient dining experience while upholding Wendy's standards and culture.

As a full-time shift leader, you will mentor staff, manage busy periods, and promote teamwork and accountability across the restaurant. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

What you bring to the table:

• You enjoy problem solving, customer service and decision making

Pay Range:

$15.55 - $21.75 Hr.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
