What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services
2. Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
3. Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment cleanliness and safety
4. Answer customer questions and educate them about products and services
5. Prepare rental invoices and handle returned equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
4. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs
5. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in customer service or retail environments
2. Familiarity with equipment inspection and maintenance
3. Ability to operate a forklift (certification available upon employment)
4. Previous experience with propane filling (certification available upon employment)
