What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them regarding available products and services
- Participate in ongoing U-Haul education and training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to follow safety precautions and use protective gear when necessary
- Availability for hands-on working interviews

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance or rental processes
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
