What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers both inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move, hook up, and clean U-Haul trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levels
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them on products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and manage the return of equipment from rentals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Capability to work in a moderate risk environment with safety precautions

- Previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance or repair
- Certification in forklift operation (offered upon employment)
- Certification in filling propane (offered upon employment)
