Job summary

QCHI (LendNation) is seeking a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative in Hueytown, AL. You will handle cash transactions, assist customers with loan initiation, and work rotating shifts including some Saturdays, with Sundays off.

Ideal candidates are team players with a mature work ethic, integrity, and exceptional customer service skills. Eligible applicants must be 19+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment.
• Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain auto insurance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete cash transactions for customers.
