Job summary

SpartanNash is hiring for a front-end supervisor to oversee store front-end operations, supervise staff in absence of the Customer Service Manager, and ensure cash handling and customer service standards are met. You will train team members, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and cleanliness guidelines.

The role requires budgeting, basic bookkeeping, and the ability to analyze financials while delivering a positive guest experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Proficient computer skills (email, spreadsheets).
• Accounting/Bookkeeping knowledge and ability to interpret financials.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and delegate/direct tasks.

Apply now!Location:9375 Cherry Valley Ave SE - Caledonia, Michigan 49316Position Summary:This role is responsible to provide and maintain a high standard of customer service in the store's front-end operations; to supervise and direct all front-end activities in absence of the Customer Service Manager and operations to ensure that the work shifts at the front end contribute to the financial best interests of the store.
