Job summary

Uline, Kenosha branch, is seeking a Customer Service Intern for a paid, year-round internship. You will work with experienced professionals in our contact center to solve real customer challenges and develop communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include processing orders, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, and helping customers navigate the website and online ordering. Open to juniors and seniors, on-site at Kenosha, with mentoring and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• This full-time internship is open to Junior and Senior college students only.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong work ethic.
• Available to work 15 hours / week during the school year.
